The Police in the UK will certainly pull you over for yacking on a cellphone.
The automatic penalty has just been increased too yet ppl still do it <sigh>.
For the life of me I can't understand it.

How on earth do you manage with the shockingly poor audio quality of a celphone.
I loathe talking to ppl on them and they're always muting and so on. They're an
expensive waste of time in my book.
