Like I said - do you think automation is free?  Of the hardware?
Maybe people will just donate their time.  Otherwise even a fuckwit
like you should be able to calculate that it is far more costly to
replace a system like what we have with an automated one.  Generally
speaking the payback on software/hardware automation has to occur in
12 to 24 months or it is TOO FUCKING EXPENSIVE YOU MORON.
