It's the responsbility of Hertz to notify the client of the business hours of the prearranged drop point. A company that doesn't do this highly irresponsible. I'm surprised Mrs. Abi-Zeid couldn't make a stronger case in court based on this point alone. Alexander Roy danielr@inch.com
