News flash:  A rep called from Ikea yesterday and apologized for
getting back well after the 24-hours promised (no mention about ignored
follow-up inquiries, but I assume it's all part of the same busy-ness).
 The rep is willing to find the exact standard hanging folder size, but
will have to do some digging and get back to me later.  The rep also
suspects that at the time of the purchase, Ikea also sold properly
sized hanging folders.  If that is true, then Ikea might very well have
been conducting themselves in as reasonable a manner as one can expect.
