Why not phone the secretary of the Vice President of Public relations and ask that secretary to give the VP a message that you, a customer, have not received a reply or satisfactory explanation regarding what appears to be a overly high electrical consumption reading of your meter. They may have miscalculated the difference in the meter readings when they changed over to the new meter. Read about a case like that in the UK. In that instance what gave it away was the phenomenal difference between the old and new meter readings, such that even with everything on day and night and all the doors and windows open etc. there was no way that much electricity could have been used! Good luck.
