Is there a way for a Canadian resident to apply for and obtain a US credit card? The reason is that many mail-order merchants won't accept an order which is to be shipped to an address which is different from the billing address on the credit card. In my case I want to be able to ship items to US addresses (I have friends and relatives). Should I just ask someone in the US to co-sign a VISA application using their address? Thanks in advance. -- -Pat --> Remove "noSpam*" from REPLYTO to reply via e-mail
