My long distance service was changed without my conscious authorization. My service was changed from ATT to: Frontier Communications 30300 Telegraph Rd. Detroit Michigan 48034 But in actuality, Frontier leases some lines/services to: Long Distance Services PO BOX 688 Troy, Michigan 48099 I requested that LDS provide the documentation to support why my service was changed, but I haven't seen anything yet. I didn't appreciate this one bit, especially the $5.00 charge to my local phone bill. My local phone carrier Ameritech was kind enough to remove the $5.00 fee. In the Ameritech service area (Cleveland Ohio) there is a number to call to prevent your long distance service from being "slammed". 1-800-SLAM-920
