I would have to say most definitely no. It's yet another ridiculous
government micro-management of our lives. It's downright disgusting.
If you're wondering, I have a cell phone. I usually keep it in the car too.
The thing is that I hardly ever use it, maybe 5-10 minutes per month at
most. I'd have to say 95% of the time I use it the car is stopped or I'm not
in the car at all. The only reason I have it is to make life easier for the
times the car breaks and I'm in the boondocks. Of course the one time that
happened I didn't have the phone with me. :) But anyway, I view many laws as
over-regulating things or attempts at micro-managing our lives. People can
handle these simple little aspects of their lives for themselves. The more
laws like this we have, the more of a dictatorship we become.
