A Senior Business Analyst is required to liaise with users and vendors,  
analyze requirements and develop functional specifications for Telecom  
Operations Support systems. Some of the systems to be defined are  
network management and provisioning systems. The candidates considered  
for this position will be highly technical professionals with broad Telecom  
experience. Prior experience with provisioning, network management or  
customer care systems, as well as exposure to software development life  
cycle would be a definite asset.
