Good Day to All! I am currently researching information on Population Based Healthcare relating to EMS and Prehospital care. We are currently looking at statistical information in order to determine what percentages of calls are ALS vs. BLS and what impact First Response and ALS intercept may have. It would be of great benefit if you would also share your experience with E-911 and central dispatch vs. hospital based dispatch in a rural setting. We are one of 7 services in our area that will come under the direction of a Regional Health Authority early next year and our services are looking to prepare a unified approach to rural EMS in our region. Please E-mail Direct to: Ron Williscroft - 'rewillis@fox.nstn.ca' Thank you. -- -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ron Williscroft, EMR-D Amatuer Radio: VE4QE Pine Falls District Ambulance Communications Specialist Pine Falls, Manitoba, Canada Radio Ops Instructor/Examiner P.S.>>>PULL TO THE RIGHT AND STOP...Seconds can save someone you love!
