Some time ago I posted a request fro research information on Population Based 
Health Care for the Prehospital field. I also requested information, research or 
statistics for ALS vs. BLS, ALS response or ALS intercept.

I received 2 replies but unfortunately my computer suffered a rare form of 
randomized electrical ischemia resulting in a complete frontal driveotomy. 
Needless to say the information was lost.

I recall one of the replies comming from North Dakota.

We are one of seven ambulance services who are facing Health Regionalization in 
the new year and are looking at a unified approach to ambulance based care in our 
region.
