Quick question on muscle growth.
Say I do three shoulder excercises, one for overall ( mil press ),
one for front delt and one for rear delt.
Does growth depend on which exercise is done first as long as I take
each to failure??

More important than your real question....I guess you notice that you aren't
isolating the lateral delt...that is really important for good (whatever "good" is)
shape.

Well, be prepared to get answers both ways. Most will say it is important
to do the overall exercise first. After that, the other exercises isolate
different heads and could probably be interchanged. Some people will say
to do the isolation stuff first as a "pre-exhaust."

If you really don't plan on isolating the lateral delt, I say do the military
first, and do it hard.
