I am quite interested in two of the Videotapes available from the
folks at "Health for Life". The tapes I am interested in are called
"Power Punching", and "SynerStretch". Unfortunately, the price of
these tapes seems high to me ($60 for PP and $35 for SS).

Anyway, I am interested in hearing any comments any of you might
have on your experience with either of these tapes (are they
worth it?).

Also, If anyone is interested in selling their tape(s) to me I
might be persuaded if the price is reasonable.

advTHANXance!
