I just bought a PowerTower Pro that came with a copy of Director 5 that I don't need. It consists of a completed Macromedia license transfer form and 2 cd roms - 1 for the application, the other for documentation. Use it as is, or to upgraded to 6.0 or Director Studio 6.0. First $190 gets it... or BO.
