Micropolis 2217 1.7GB AudioVideo thermal-calc drive (consistently fast) for sale
with SCSI II PLI card (and driver) for use with macintosh nubus style slots, or can
be used on any SCSI II compatible machine. Very low hours usage.

Originally purchased for an off-line video project, the drive has been relegated to a
part-time back-up only status since then. This drive is rated at 4GB per sec.
throughput from Micropolis, and will probably push sustained rates of 6MB per sec.
(approx. 4-to-1 compression rate for video). This is a better drive than the newer
2GB version, and it costs less. Paid $1,400 w/card, sell for $675. Firm.
