I am looking for something that will activate a power strip to my computer so it will only turn on when an incoming call comes. Currently, I have been leaving it on(makes me nervous) and would like to save power and wear and tear on my system.

Requirements:

* incoming call activates the outlets on the power strip
* surge, emi, etc shielding/protection
* also filtering the phone line also

If anyone knows where I can get one or who makes them I would greatly appreciate the info.

P.S. - I have found one such device but it only rings in 2 times and then hangs up. It would be good for a modem or fax, but not enough time to boot a PC.
