I have a single-speed external CD-ROM drive for sale. It is OEM'ed from
PLI, though I do not know the mfr. of the drive mechanism itself. It is
in an external case with power supply, two 50-pin SCSI connectors
on the back and switch to set the SCSI ID.

Available for pick up in the south bay (Campbell, CA) or you pay
shipping. I really hate shipping equipment sensitive to shock, though.
I've heard really nasty stories about how some shipping companies
move their packages...

$150 O.B.O.
