In article <4iknln$oh5@handupme.avid.com>, Cain Cross <cain@elastic.avid.com> writes: >Check these prices out, they don't get much lower... Cain, Cain, Cain... Do you never learn? They were much lower, last week. By about $20 in your own ad, too. Its very simple: you raise prices, nobody buys memory. Prices drop, you buy memory. Simple economics. We will wait until the price drops again. Besides, you can't tell me that you didn't stock up when the price got really cheap last week. So how can you justify charging the high prices on the SIMMS left over from last week's bonanza? Basically don't be making these "car dealer" promises about memory prices, since you'll likely be sticking your foot in your mouth. You yourself said that prices are fluctuating wildly right now, so what happens when you prophecy this "gloom-n-doom" about rising memory prices and the memory prices drop through the floor?
