I bought my Hayes Accura modem PCMCIA model 5684 US a while back before
Hays was still in business. I did not get the V.90 upgrade at the
time because my ISP was not equipped with V.90 compatible equip.

When they did get equipped to V.90, I went to the Hayes site and I
see that modem-express has taken over the site and is now asking $25
	for the flash upgrade.

I think that is ridiculus, cheap and opportunistic, and I refuse to
pay it! It's not the money it's the principal.

So my question is does anyone know of a place where I can get the
upgrade free (like it was supposed to be as listed on the box?)
windriver.com was close, but they were missing the upgrade for this
	particular model.

Please don't post on the newsgroup (if if you do email me a copy
also) because I don't monitor these groups.

	Thanks.
