Hello, Brand new unit(in sealed retail box with 2 year warranty from APC). I will include a receipt to establish purchase date. This is ideal for a PC or a small server. I use the same UPS for a loaded tower PC, a 21 inch monitor, cable modem, and answer machine. Includes user guide, PowerChute software, serial port connection cable for automated shutdown. It will handle a 400 watt load, and runs the typical PC for about 20 minutes. $134 is the lowest price on the net ! Shipping is actual UPS ground charge (about $12-17 for most places). Contact: Howard Haradon, San Antonio, TX 78249. For reference check me out on eBay; my ID is hharadon@satx.rr.com. I take money order or PayPal or personal check (with a 10 day wait). See it at: APC Specs Thanks, Howard -- Howard Haradon 210-492-0233 San Antonio, TX 78249 hharadon@satx.rr.com
