I'm looking for another 250gb. I just bought a case with a 6 drive bay. 8 drives looks like the limit for it with two on the mobo ide, 4 on the promise ultra 100 and two on the Mobo SATA My price limit is 99$ plus tax/shipping (but not both) so I do a lot of energetic searching on e-bay and frys ad's > > its tempting cause for $14 i would have another system running - not a > special one - just a p3 - 800 but its something to give away as a gift - :) Yeah nice to get some mileage out of the old computers. Nice to see the smile on some kids face when he gets his own computer. And Knoodle is an honest guy. Too bad he sells stuff that is just becoming obsolete because I like doing business with him > >

I have several here I have gotten from dave (and other sources) iver the last few years that are part of an in-house cluster farm... You'd be surprised at what can be done with a bunch of sub 300 Mhz Pentiums setup in a cluster (A hell of a lot more than a single 1.8 Ghz machine with winblows on it).. Don't knock Dave. His is a useful, and somewhat needed, operation. -- DE N7ZZT Eric Oyen Phoenix, Arizona e-mail: n7zzt(at)hotmail(dot)com the difference between intelligence and stupidity is that intelligence has its limits.
