Here is a great Christmas gift idea:

For Sale,

Macintosh II computer 5/40 with Apple 8 bit video card, Macproplus ADB
keyboard and A+ Optical one button mouse.

This is a pretty standard Macintosh II configuration with 5 MB of RAM
(expandable to 8MB with 1 MB simms) and an Apple installed Quantum 40
MB internal hard disk. The CPU has 6 Nubus slots for expansion and one
built in floppy drive.

The Macintosh II is a 16Mhz 68020 system with a built-in Math
Co-processor. It runs Apple's System 7 (and 7.1) very well and has
lots of room inside for a second floppy/hard drive and expansion
cards. The system also has all the standard ports that make Macs
famous like a SCSI port for external hard or CD-ROM drives,
Printer/LocalTalk, Modem, Two Apple Desktop Bus ports for keyboards
and mice and a STEREO audio out (this was the first Mac to support
stereo).

The Video Card is the 8 Bit Apple card (internally called the Toby
frame buffer) that supports the Apple 13" RGB monitor in 256 colors
and is also Max-Apple-Zoom compatible. I will ship a copy of
Max-Apple-Zoom with the system.

The system is in perfect working order. I will ship it with System
7.01 (with the tuneup 1.1.1) installed and some shareware and public
domain applications.

I am asking $1,200 for this system, but all offers are welcome.
