Public schools give very little individual attention, are not cost
competitive, and have given years of very poor results.
My child will not be attending a public school next year. The problem is
that my taxes will go to prop-up a system so bereft of excellence and the
money needed for my son's education will have to come from his college
education account.
I think most of us are mad about the rising costs of the pubs and their
continual whining that they would clean up their act if they had more money.
The school budget in our city has been voted down twice. Property taxes
are now so high that many good people are leaving the district.
There are so many good reasons to give the voucher system a chance that it
is hard to believe what vested or selfish interests one would need to attempt
to defeat it.
That the ghettos are riddled with crime is not my fault or my responsibility.
Charles J Sykes in his latest book, A Nation of Victims and the decay of
the American Character clearly sees where the Nation is headed.
A group of spineless, mindless, finger pointers.
How in hell can it be that we have taken such flight from rational
thought that many can believe it is not possible for people of
color to be racist?
This is a sad day for America. Soft minds are exactly what our educational
system is supposed to remedy.
It is not my fault that people of color take no responsibility for
themselves, rather attempt to play the role of victim.
Low class behavior will NEVER bring economic success or educational
excellence.
You will never clear the problems of ghetto schools until the character
of many of these residents can be changed.
And for God sake don't call me a racist for saying the TRUTH!
Vouchers... YES an idea whoes time has come.
