CONUS Communications is a company set up by Hubbard Broadcasting
to distribute video news via satellite to broadcast stations.
I believe that feed includes the "All-News Channel," which you may
encounter while channel-hopping at 3 a.m.

Hubbard is based in St. Paul, Minn., where KSTP is its flagship
station. Hubbard recently went into the direct-broadcast service
business and is one of two companies providing program packages
to owners of those little window-sized receiver dishes.
