Hard alloys inserts soldering for cutting tools

are produced in the form of sintered hard alloys on the basis of tungsten
carbides, titanium and tantalum on cobalt binder. The BK6, BK8, T15K6,
 T14K8, T5K10, TT6K8, TT7K9 alloys are produced.

Depending on grade alloy they are used for rough and half rough turning,
milling, drilling, core drilling, cutting and other sorts of noncontinuons
surfaces proccesing of grey cast iron, corrosion-resisting steels and alloys
 including titanium alloys nonmetals materials.

The solder on the basis of copperare used in the main for alloys
soldering.Powders contained borax are used as a flux. The most effective
are the synthetic diamands disks for soldered grinding.

The disks of green silocon carbide also are used extensively.

The quality and reliability of carbide cutting tools with soldering inserts is
provided under observing conditions of soldering and grinding.
