I'd like to know the state of Australian copyright law as it pertains to software. Specifically, if someone is paid to write a program, who does the resulting source code belong to? If there are any differences between states, let's start with Queensland. Any and all responses appreciated - respond by email and I'll summarize later. --Rick.
