Does anyone here have a standard publishing contract form?
A company offered me a contract and I'm wondering whether it's
fair or not...

In particular: if the company owns a studio and acc. contract must
provide recording facilities AND pay for recording of demos, is the
value of the studio time provided a recoupable advance? Or is only
the cash and materials provided recoupable?
