	did get nicked for *independent reinvention*.  actually, he
	shot himself in the foot b/c he admitted at deposition that
	maybe the song "he's so fine" by the chiffons was hanging       
	around subconsciously in his mind when he wrote "my sweet
	lord."  this case was about *subconscious infringement*,
	an interesting little piece o' copyright law...
