I watched the recent Saturday Night LIve TV show and saw several of their skits about the Long Island Scandalous AMy Fisher and Buttafuoccos. I learned in school that NYS has a "Right of Publicity" which protects people's image from being used in a commercial context. How can SNL use these people's image in skits? Did they: 1) obtain a license 2) just declare "it's a parody" 3) say because they were part of a news story, their image is in the public domain 4) ??? i'm curious, so thanks in advance for any insights -chris
