Are foreclosures still as lucritive as they have been in the past, My
wife and I are very serious about getting into the Real-estate biz,
whether it be through foreclosures, buying and renting condos,
townhouses, multi family units(live in one rent the other(s)).

We are considering useing the William J. McCorkle "plan" to get started.

Does anyone have any eperience with this plan.  Or any suggestions on
the best way to get started with little or no money down.

Any and all responses will be much appreciated.
