San Francisco, California June 28, 1996 On June 26, 1996, a complaint was filed pursuant to California's private attorney general statute seeking injunctive relief and restitution against Jencraft Corporation. The complaint alleges that Jencraft manufactured and sold vinyl miniblinds which leak lead dust in violation of California's Business and Professions Code. Plaintiff is represented by three law firms, including Girard & Green, P.C., who have expertise in prosecuting consumer class actions. If you have information which may be helpful in prosecuting claims involving low-priced plastic miniblinds which may contain lead, or if you would like information about this case, please contact plaintiff's counsel as follows: Robert S. Green Eric H. Gibbs Girard & Green, P.C. 160 Sansome Street, Ste. 300 San Francisco, California 94104 Telephone: (415) 981-4800 Fax: (415) 981-4846 Email: gandg.slip.net
