This message pertains to any of you folks who heat with a woodburning stove and may have had experiences with Vermont Castings/Consolidated Dutchwest products. Specifically, if anybody has had performance problems with their Sequoia or Seneca models. My stove has had to be rebuilt once and is now failing again after only 3 1/2 years. If you have had similar problems or know of someone else who has, please contact me. It appears as though there have been other reports of this nature along with the complaint of not being able to "hold" a fire for any respectable duration. While this post is somewhat out of character for some of the newsgroups, I figured what better place to ask than from a collection of folks who live and work in the forest like myself and probably heat with wood. Thanks in advance! Regards, Scott Golden "Trees are the answer!"
