Dear Friend;

With this email, we are pleased to formally announce the "Soft Launch"
of Pla.NET.Com, Inc. Soon to be a publicly traded network marketing
company, Pla.NET.Com, Inc. is offering AT&T Internet Access, and with
our strategic alliance with Compac Computer, we are positioned as an
"Advanced Internet Content Provider" for now and into the 21st
century.

Pla.Net.Com, Inc. is on the threshold of a new era, and because we
heard you understand how network marketing works we wanted to
personally include your name in the circle of a few select individuals
who now have the opportunity to benefit from the timing of this
announcement. You are literally one of the first people to learn
about this new opportunity.

Pla.NET.Com, Inc. is proud to announce the premiere of our flagship
service, Pla.NET.Channel. Through strategic alliances with AT&T and
Compac Computers, we are able to offer an extensive Internet
subscription package far exceeding industry standards, and a package
in which you can earn a substantial income.

In addition, Pla.NET.Com will be offering the latest technological
developments in telecommunications ensuring that our Independent
Representatives stay at the forefront of the Information Age. The
Pla.NET.Channel product not only provides you access to information
similar to other on-line services, but it also provides Internet
content with the opportunity and the means to use that information to
build your own business on any scale you desire through Network
Marketing. For example, with our company you will have an Internet
Phone in which you will be able to Place Long Distance Phone Calls at
No Extra Charge, partake in Video Conferencing Capabilities, as well
as have the ability to sign up prospects online, and to track your
network marketing business online while watching your genealogy grow.
There are many other benefits, like getting an AT&T Cell Phone and
Pager for your business, and your very own personal web page for FREE!

Furthermore, we have developed a compensation plan that is on the
cutting edge of the network marketing industry, and we invite you to
preview our lucrative opportunity. If you are in another network
marketing company and you've experienced a stagnate business, or even
if you want to make a substantial second income through a
well-positioned and dynamic company like Pla.NET.Com, we invite you to
take a deeper look at this business opportunity as you can build your
business online with the Information Superhighway. We are a brand new
company sponsored by AT&T and Compaq Computer, and with such name
recognition, isn't it time to try a network marketing business in
which you will have a legitimate chance of truly succeeding at the
very inception of the company? This "Soft Launch" is the very
beginning with many great things to come!

However, we do not know if you are interested in learning more about
our New Internet MLM Company, but if you are, we would like to send
you additional information about it.
                                          Email this address:
                                     Planetcom10@infoback.net
Within a minute or so you will have all the information you need to
make a good business decision about this opportunity. If you do not
want to receive any information, simply do nothing and you will not
receive any further email and your name will be removed from our list
as one of the select individuals who now knows about this opportunity.

Although the end of October 1996 was the first official
announcement of Pla.NET.Com's Soft Launch and Sneak Preview, word is
out and is beginning to spread quickly through the network marketing
and internet services industry. In our first month of business, we
are on track to launch with over 500 distributors.
                                       So email us now at:
                                  Planetcom10@infoback.net
We can send you more information on this unique opportunity within a
minute or so. The information is free, and it may just make all the
difference in the world to you!

Thank you!
