'Heuristics' request re-re-posting

A recent article in AI Magazine on software engineering mentions
a paper on expert systems in a publication called Heuristics. The
reference article is by A. Barr published in Volume 3(2) in 1990.
I've checked several library catalogs both in the US and elsewhere,
but have been unable to find mention of such a publication.
Any ideas where I might locate it, or (even better) find copies of it
online?

Thanks,

John Murray

PS Apologies for previous mis-postings! It seems like everyone
except me knows that starting a line with ( and leaving the following
line blank will mess up some mail programs out there!! I guess
I'm just a failure and should give up researching reliable systems:-)
