It's pointless to call from home--it only costs the spammer about a
nickel. For every call you make from a payphone, the spammer is
obligated to reimburse the owner of the payphone 28.5 cents in
addition to the per-minute charge he's paying to his own carrier.

So next time you go into a 7-11, make a quick pitstop at the
payphone and make 3 quick calls to a spammer in order to cost
them a buck. Think of it as your civic duty.
