UPDATE: asking price reduced from $100 to $50.
Now that I'm in Chicago, I have discovered two temporary problems that
make it harder to sell the bike in a short time. 1) The bike pump I
have has the wrong kind of connector, so the tires will be flat when you
look at it, and 2) the brake cables have become just stiff enough to prevent
testing of the brakes (which are otherwise fine). Both of these can be
rectified with a bit of work, but I don't have the right tools to do it,
and I have to sell this bike before I go back to Boston this Monday.
More details:
-Originally paid $250.
-Shimano click-shifters.
-Will throw in two boxed brand-new bike wheels (ie spokes&axle, no tire) that
someone abandoned here. (They are a different size than my bike, but I
forgot to write down what size they were.)
See contact info below if you're interested. Do not email a reply, I will
not get it before I leave town.
