     I would like to find an Uninteruptible Power Supply with bad 
batteries (but preferably good electronics).  I have a good source of
12 volts here, even if the power fails (about 300 Amp/hours of deep
cycle batteries in my trailer), and so I am thinking of using these
as a supply for an UPS.  Don't their batteries usualy fail after a few
years anyway?
