I'm looking for a short (18 to 20 inch) piece of
railway (train) rail to use as an anvil. Any suggestions
as to where I might obtain a scrap/surplus piece?
I have oxy/acetylene cutting torch.

Any substitutions for an anvil at reasonable cost?
