I'd like to find some used 4Mbyte memory boards for Sun 3/1xx
machines [3/140, 3/160, 3/180]. These have Sun part number 501-1132.
I would rather not buy these boards from Sun parts dealers because they
jack up the prices considerably to pay overhead and add "warranty".
I want to pay about $170 per board.
I also might be interested in the Clearpoint memory boards.
