Dear Netters,

I have purchased a new home and need to sublet the apartment I am
currently renting. I am currently making payments on both places so
I am desperate. My lease runs from now until 7/31/92.

Some info about the apartment:

[] one bedroom with all the expected features. only utility bill is
electric which is ~ $14.00 per month.
[] apartment in great condition and will be handled and cleaned by
complex administrator before handing the apartment over.
[] you can take this apartment two different ways:

    1. rent would be $559 a month and lease would continue until 7/31/92.
lease could be extended through the complex administrator.
    2. rent would be $579 a month and lease would run for one year. The
first month's rent would be free in this case.

[] apartment located in Wheaton, IL and is ~2 miles from bell labs in
    Naperville, IL.

If you are interested or know of anyone who might possibly be interested,
please give me a call. Also, if you have any questions just call me.

Thank you,
Matthew Bair
