MicroScience HH-1060 HELP!!!!!

I'm trying to run 2 MicroScience hard drives, models HH-1060. I've tried
many different settings and swapped drives from c: to d: and I keep getting
a drive d: failure. Does anybody out there have a phone # for MicroScience
Iternational Corp.? Or how about the settings for the 10 dip switches? I
sure could use some  help.
