As a reference librarian I wholehartedly agree. It amazes me everytime
again how ignorant people are about libraries and the use of it. I give
courses regulary for new employees within our company. And when I tell
them what I can do for them they won't believe me until I show them.

I access lot's of databases in Holland and outside. There's a wealth of
information, as on the Internet, if only you are willing to spend some
time and effort in it.
