You don't want an agent in Canada; you want one in New York. The agent
lives there so you don't have to. Almost none of the Canadian members
of SFWA have Canadian agents.

You'll find a list of all the agents who represent three or more SFWAns,
not including themselves, on my web page at www.sfwriter.com/agent.htm

Dan  Goodman adds:

>Canada has an organization for science fiction and fantasy writers;

The organization is called SF Canada; there's a link to its page on
my web page at www.sfwriter.com/liindex.htm.

However, SF Canada mostly represents small-press or short story writers;
the vast majority of its members are unagented. The Canadian Region of
the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America represents most of
those doing book-length work in English in Canada.
