We know that GOD is great and we inferior humans can't really describe someone who's that great and truly all-powerful. I think our descriptions of GOD would be blasphemy, we can't describe GOD, we'd just anger GOD and then we'd feel HIS wrath. So my opionion is, that only GOD is allowed to write about GOD. If you're not oin HIS level, you shouldn't write about GOD!!! What's your opinion???

But people write about George W. Bush all the time, and we *know* there is no one higher than Him, even God. Maybe He looks down on us with Amusement. He's gotten a little less wrathful since the Old Testament. (God, I mean.) Dangerous Bill

And they haven't been struck down. The question shouldn't be "Is it blasphemous to write about God?" The question you should be asking is "If I write something, will it be in good taste?" I think as long as you write something that is sincere and in good taste it won't be blasphemous. Just write something straight from the heart and honest. The rest will take care of itself. Me? If I write something with religious overtones, I write it honestly. And if what I write offends people, that is their issues rising to surface. Not my own. I care not WHO I offend. My philosophy is this: TRUTH AGAINST THE WORLD. Not many people want to hear or read the truth. And if the truth offends them, tough. -- "Nashan.
