There will be a Kokikai Aikido demonstration _today_, Monday, Sept. 15,
at 7:30 pm in the wrestling room of the gym (W32, on the 2nd floor).

All are welcome to attend.

Class will follow the demo. You are welcome to join--please wear comfortable,
loose-fitting clothing (sweats and a t-shirt would be good).

If you miss the demo, but want to check us out anyway, please feel free to
come to one of our regular classes: MW 7:30-9, F 7-8 (in the wrestling room).
