There is one room available for sublet for the period July 15 - August
31 in a three bedroom apartment.

The apartment is located on Columbia Street in Cambridge, at 3 minutes
walking distance from the new Star supermarket at MIT Park. The other
two rooms in the apartment are occupied by two nice MIT graduate
students. The rent is $420/month and the person who sublets this room
will have the option to be added on the new lease starting on September
1st, most probably for the same monthly price.

The person renting this room must be a non-smoker, quiet (not the wild
party type) and clean (will not wear street shoes into the house and do
own dishes promptly). A female graduate student is preferred but a male
can also be considered.

If interested please write an email message to gleu@mit.edu

Thank you,
