We have an empty room in a 3 bedroom place

It's located in near Star Market near BU, North Eastern, and the
Longwood hospital area.  The T is a 5 minute walk to the D line.  10
minutes to BU, 10 minutes to NU, 5 minutes to Simmons. 5 minutes to
Wheellock. 30 secs to Star Market.

We live on the top floor (5th) of a residential building,..  The room
opening up has a great view of the emerald necklace and faces the sun
in the afternoon and evening.  Its very sunny & bright as there are
four large windows.

Garage parking is available nearby.

Currently we are two professionals living in the three bedroom
apartment.  The building is in extra-ordinary condition. The walls
have recently been painted and the carpets in the hallways are cleaned
twice a week.

Rent is $500 per month.
