WE ARE LOOKING FOR: young (or not so) professional (33-mid 50s
ourselves),
_good credit_, at least _two solid landlord references_. There are no
realtor's fees, but there is a realtor for the property who must
screen and will run a credit check on anyone who we decide on before
approving them.

No security deposit. No last month's rent.
$400 / month + utilities.
Gas stove, heat, fully equipped kitchen. Cable tv, highspeed
net access in bedrooms (cable modem w/ hub).

~20 minute walk to Harvard Sq, closer bus routes to Central,
Lechmere, Porter & Davis.

Fully equipped kitchen, 3 roommates, but we are all fairly
quiet people.

Near Union Sq. in Somerville, 1/3 block from laundromat, 1 block from
large supermarket, near two bakeries, Asian & Indian markets and a
Target. We are three guys ranging from late 20s to late 30s, M/F
doesn't
matter, looking for someone financially stable & reasonably social.
