* mature and considerate graduate student or professional
* VERY clean (yes, we take our shoes off at home)

THE DEAL
* starting Sept 5th for one year
* ony $400 per month! (this is about $150 less than market value)
* heat and hot water included, only pay for electricity and phone
* the landlady puts a premium on nice and clean people - and so do we
* if you want to party a lot and don't like to wash dishes, please don't
bother
