 The address is 51 Dimick Street, Apt # 6, Somerville, MA 02143.

The rent is $1260 to be shared among 3 people. There are 4 rooms overall,
however 1 room is slightly larger than the other so the overall rent will
be divided accordingly ie 470+395+395.If you wish to occupy the smaller
room it will be : $ 395 for you. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.
There is a laundry in the basement. Both washer and dryer, it takes 3
quarters to do the laundry. If you are interested then you will need to
sign the lease starting 06/14. For the first 15 days the rent will be
$195.

The new rent of $395 will be effective starting 01st of July upto
the period when your lease expires. The house is conveniently located near
Johnnie's Food Master if you are fanatic of Star Market, you will be
relieved. Beacon Street is across a block, frowm where you can take the 83
to Central Square and head of to all corners of Boston or if you prefer to
bike that's another story.
